Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about how ElysionOne works, payments, and your responsibilities.

Do my clients need an account?

No. Your clients do not need to create an account. They can open your estimate or invoice link, review details, approve estimates, and pay invoices directly through a secure public page.

How do invoice payments work?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. When you send an invoice, your client can pay using the built-in payment option. ElysionOne does not store credit card details.

When do I receive my money?

Payments are handled by Stripe and are deposited into your connected account based on Stripe’s payout schedule. ElysionOne does not hold or manage your funds.

Does ElysionOne take a fee from my payments?

ElysionOne does not take a percentage of your payments. Standard Stripe processing fees may apply based on your region and payment method.

Can I require a deposit before starting a job?

Yes. You can collect deposits through your invoice and track remaining balances. Deposits can be marked manually or collected through Stripe payments.

Are estimates legally binding?

ElysionOne provides tools to create and send estimates, including approval features. However, legal enforceability depends on your local laws and the agreement between you and your client.

Can I edit invoices after sending them?

Yes. You can update invoices before payment is completed. Once an invoice is paid, it is recommended to keep records unchanged for accounting and compliance purposes.

Is my data secure?

We use secure infrastructure and trusted providers to store and process your data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription through your billing settings. Access to paid features will continue until the end of your billing period.

What happens if there is a dispute with a client?

ElysionOne is a software platform and is not involved in disputes between you and your clients. Any issues regarding work, payments, or agreements must be resolved directly between the parties.
