ElysionOne provides software tools for businesses. These Terms are written to be clear and practical, but they are not legal, tax, accounting, licensing, or contract advice. For business-specific questions, speak with a qualified professional.
1. The ElysionOne service
ElysionOne is a business software platform that helps users create and manage client records, estimates, invoices, approval links, payment links, branding, default terms, PDF styles, reports, GC Operations records, subcontractor workflows, job-linked communication, and related workflow information.
ElysionOne is not a contractor, subcontractor, construction manager, payment processor, bank, escrow service, insurance provider, accounting firm, tax advisor, law firm, or collection agency.
2. Accounts and account security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account login. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
- Use accurate business and contact information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Notify ElysionOne if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- Do not share access in a way that creates security, payment, or privacy risk.
3. Your business responsibility
You are solely responsible for your business activity, customer relationships, project work, pricing, taxes, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, contract language, licensing, insurance, permits, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.
ElysionOne is not a party to any agreement between you and your customers. If a customer approves an estimate, receives an invoice, pays a balance, requests a refund, disputes a charge, or raises a project issue, the business using ElysionOne remains responsible for handling that customer relationship.
4. Estimates, invoices, approvals, and documents
ElysionOne helps you create and send estimates, invoices, approval links, public document links, PDFs, default terms, branding, and document styles. These tools are provided for convenience and professional presentation only.
- You are responsible for all prices, quantities, descriptions, taxes, deposits, balances, and terms.
- You are responsible for reviewing documents before sending them to customers.
- Online approval tools do not guarantee that a document is legally enforceable in every situation.
- Default terms and document templates are not legal advice.
- PDF styles and reports are presentation and workflow tools only.
5. GC Operations, subcontractors, and job-linked communication
GC Operations is a workflow tool for organizing projects, lots or units, Work Orders, assigned subcontractors, work invoices, corrections, payment status, reports, notifications, schedules, and job records. It is a software workspace only. ElysionOne does not supervise construction work, verify job completion, guarantee subcontractor performance, or become a party to any agreement between a general contractor, subcontractor, customer, builder, or other business.
- The account owner remains responsible for the accuracy of Work Orders, job instructions, amounts, dates, statuses, payments, corrections, and reports.
- Invited subcontractors may receive limited access to assigned work, schedules, job messages, and work invoices connected to the inviting account.
- A subcontractor may also choose to upgrade to their own paid GC Operations workspace, separate from any work they receive from another account.
- Job-linked communication keeps messages, updates, and issue reports connected to the relevant Work Order, project, lot, or unit. It is provided for organization and record keeping, not as legal proof of completion, approval, or payment unless the parties separately agree that it has that effect.
- Work invoices, correction requests, payment records, and status updates depend on information entered by users and should be reviewed before being relied on for business, accounting, or payment decisions.
6. Online payments through Stripe
ElysionOne may allow users to enable online invoice payments through Stripe Connect and Stripe Checkout. When online payments are enabled, customers may be directed to Stripe to complete payment.
ElysionOne does not store full customer card numbers and does not directly process card payments. Stripe may collect and process payment details, identity information, business information, tax information, banking information, verification documents, fraud signals, and other information required for payment processing, compliance, risk review, payouts, disputes, and account verification.
Users who connect Stripe must comply with Stripe’s applicable agreements, policies, onboarding requirements, restricted business rules, verification requirements, and any rules from card networks, banks, payment partners, or regulators.
7. Stripe fees, payouts, and account approval
Stripe processing fees may apply and may vary based on payment method, country, card type, currency conversion, disputes, instant payouts, Stripe account settings, and Stripe’s current pricing. You should review Stripe’s current pricing before enabling or accepting online payments.
Additional Stripe fees may apply for international cards, currency conversion, disputes, instant payouts, manually entered cards, refunds, payout methods, or other Stripe services. Stripe may change its pricing and policies. You should review Stripe’s current pricing and account terms.
Stripe controls connected account approval, verification, risk reviews, reserves, holds, payout timing, payout eligibility, account restrictions, account suspension, and account termination. ElysionOne cannot guarantee Stripe approval, continued payment access, exact payout timing, or the outcome of any Stripe review.

8. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
You are responsible for your own refund policies, customer agreements, dispute responses, and chargeback evidence. Customers may dispute payments through their card issuer or payment provider, and Stripe may manage the dispute workflow through the connected Stripe account.
Dispute fees, chargeback fees, refund handling, payment reversals, evidence deadlines, and final dispute outcomes are controlled by Stripe, card networks, banks, and payment providers. ElysionOne does not decide payment disputes and does not guarantee that a dispute will be won.
9. Taxes, licensing, and compliance
You are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any taxes, sales tax, use tax, fees, permits, licenses, insurance requirements, and other obligations related to your business. ElysionOne may provide fields for tax rates or business information, but those fields do not replace professional tax, legal, or accounting guidance.
10. Free features, Pro features, trials, and billing
ElysionOne may offer free features, paid Pro features, GC Operations features, trials, subscriptions, or promotional access. Paid billing, subscription checkout, renewals, cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, and subscription payment failures may be processed through Stripe or another billing provider.
- Pro and GC Operations features may change, improve, or be adjusted over time.
- GC Operations trials are intended to let users test the workflow before paid billing begins. If a trial is cancelled before the trial ends, future subscription access may stop and the account should not be charged for the next subscription period.
- Subscription access may end if payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, a trial expires without payment, or an account is closed.
- You are responsible for reviewing billing details before subscribing.
- Unless required by law, subscription fees are not automatically refundable after use of the service.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use ElysionOne for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activity. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sending false, misleading, or unauthorized invoices or payment requests.
- Impersonating another person or business.
- Uploading malicious code or attempting to interfere with the service.
- Attempting to access data or accounts that do not belong to you.
- Using the platform in a way that violates Stripe rules, laws, or third-party rights.
- Sending Work Orders, job messages, issue reports, invoices, or payment records that are false, unauthorized, deceptive, or intended to confuse another user.
- Using ElysionOne for businesses or activities that Stripe or applicable law restricts or prohibits.
12. Data, account closure, and retention
You may close your account from the account settings area when that option is available. Closing your account may remove your access to the app and may stop your ability to create, edit, send, or view documents from your workspace.
Some records may be retained where needed for security, legal, tax, dispute, backup, fraud prevention, accounting, compliance, support, or operational purposes. This may include estimates, invoices, approvals, Work Orders, job-linked messages, issue reports, work invoices, correction records, payment status, and related audit history. For more information about how information is collected, used, and retained, review the Privacy Policy.
13. Third-party services
ElysionOne may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, security, or infrastructure. These services may have their own terms, policies, availability rules, data practices, and security requirements.
14. Availability and changes to the service
ElysionOne is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent storage of every item, or permanent availability of every feature.
We may improve, update, limit, suspend, remove, or change features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, product direction, third-party provider requirements, or business reasons.
15. Suspension or termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to ElysionOne if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates legal or financial risk, misuses the platform, attempts fraud, interferes with security, or harms other users, customers, payment partners, or the service.
16. No professional advice
ElysionOne may include default wording, document fields, reports, calculations, payment status, business summaries, or other workflow tools. These tools are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, licensing, construction, or professional advice.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElysionOne and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the platform, inability to use the platform, business losses, payment disputes, customer disputes, data entry errors, document errors, service interruptions, account restrictions, or third-party provider actions.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ElysionOne from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your business activity, your documents, your customer relationships, your payment activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
19. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When updates are posted, the updated version will apply to your continued use of ElysionOne. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the service and close your account if appropriate.
