These Terms of Service govern your use of ElysionOne, a business software platform for creating and managing contractor estimates, invoices, client records, payments, and job-related financial information.

1. Use of the Platform

ElysionOne is intended for lawful business use only. You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent activity, illegal transactions, misleading invoices, unauthorized payment requests, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your login. You agree to provide accurate business, customer, invoice, and payment information.

3. Estimates, Invoices, and Client Data

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all estimates, invoices, line items, pricing, taxes, deposits, balances, client details, and job cost information entered into ElysionOne. ElysionOne provides software tools and does not verify the accuracy, legality, or enforceability of your business documents.

4. Payments and Stripe Processing

Payment processing may be provided through Stripe. ElysionOne does not store full credit card details and is not a bank, payment processor, escrow service, or financial institution. Stripe may require identity verification, compliance reviews, transaction monitoring, or account restrictions under its own rules and regulatory obligations.

5. Contractor and Customer Disputes

ElysionOne is not responsible for disputes between contractors, clients, customers, subcontractors, vendors, or any other third party. This includes disputes related to work quality, project scope, payment timing, deposits, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, delays, or incomplete work.

6. Taxes and Compliance

You are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any taxes, fees, licenses, permits, or regulatory obligations related to your business. ElysionOne may provide fields for tax rates or business information, but it does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription billing, trial periods, renewals, cancellations, and payment failures may be handled through Stripe. You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring your payment method remains valid.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system security, upload harmful content, impersonate another business, or use ElysionOne to send deceptive, abusive, or unlawful communications.

9. Service Availability

ElysionOne is provided on an “as available” basis. While we work to maintain a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElysionOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the platform, payment disputes, business losses, data entry errors, customer disputes, or service interruptions.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create legal or financial risk, attempt fraud, or interfere with the security or reliability of the service.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ElysionOne after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
